Using the Calendar

Toggle the calendar on and off by clicking

the small calendar button at the bottom of

the pane.

• Today's date displays a dark highlight

• The currently selected date displays a

dotted outline

• Dates that contain entries in the selected

journal display a light highlight

• Dates with no highlight contain no entries

in the currently selected journal

Locate a specific entry on a specific date by

right-clicking that date in the calendar and

selecting the journal or entry from the

contextual menu.

Here’s how:

1 Click on any journal or entry in the

Journals Pane.

2 Right-click on a date in the calendar.

The contextual menu displays a list of all the

entries corresponding with that date.

Note: View entries with a specific date by

clicking on My Journals in the Journals Pane

and double-clicking on that date in the

calendar.
